The process:
Once you’ve purchased the ticket, we can discuss the dish from the Thai Symphonies cookbook or Sao’s recipe card collection (either.) 1 hour = 1 zoom link = 1 dish worked on.
If you select a dish from Sao’s recipe card collections then 1 e-recipe card will be available for download.
For any dish chosen from within the Thai Symphonies cookbook, you will get a 20% discount for the e-book purchase.
It’s recommended to book the class at least 1 week in advance, so you can source the ingredients ahead of time.
If you have to host a party on short notice, then let me know and we can sort out a cooking date before you purchase a ticket.
