Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Flavour Symphonies. Due to our business nature and digital products, we only offer a return and refund on physical products if it arrives damaged.
To be eligible for a return, you have to report the damaged products within 7 (seven) days after the product has arrived. You can do this by sending an email with a photo of damaged product to info@flavoursymphonies.com quoting "Return Damage Product" on the subject. We will ask you to ship the damaged product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will refund the product cost in-store credit to your account. The shipping cost of the product is not refundable.
