Shipping policy

 

With international flights and shipping services now operating normally, we are pleased to announce an improved shipping process for our Thai Symphonies cookbook. Thailand Post will be our primary courier for all packages, both domestic and international, ensuring a reliable and efficient service. Every shipment will include tracking, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping times depend on your location, but Thailand Post estimates 3-5 days for domestic delivery and 7-14 days for international destinations. Please note that all shipments may still be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) determined by the destination country. Flavour Symphonies does not collect these charges during checkout and cannot predict the exact amounts. They will be calculated upon arrival in your country and must be paid to clear customs. For further details about customs policies, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
