Shipping and Tax Policy

Due to COVID 19 currently disrupting the international flights and carriers, we are shipping our Thai Symphonies cookbook domestically and to selected international destinations. The shipping cost has also currently increased exponentially; however, we are absorbing a portion of these additional costs ourselves.

We are using Thailand Post for small packages and an international courier for medium size and large parcels. The shipping time also depends on your location, but Thailand Post states 3-5 days for domestic delivery and 2-4 weeks for international destinations.

All shipments may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) which are set by the destination country or location. Flavour Symphonies does not collect your duties and taxes during checkout and cannot predict what the charges may be. The costs will be calculated once your package reaches your location and they must be rendered for your package to clear customs. For further information on customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

We will process your order within 2-3 working days. When your order has shipped, we will send you an email notifying you of the tracking number; which you can use to check its shipping status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking numbers to become available.
