Green Grlled Pork Curry with Longan

Here’s a recipe for green grilled pork curry with fresh longan that I posted on my FB. You can now cook it at home with your Thermomix too. The natural sweetness from Longan gives a good balance to the salty and spicy dish, so no sugar added.

You can use homemade green curry paste using recipe in my cookbook or a store-bought one. If using store-bought, use the amount suggested on the package.

You can also use canned logan in syrup. Just drain and discard liquid before use.
