Roasted chilli jam is one of my favourite condiment. You can add it in many dishes such as Tom Yum, salad, stir-fry or just on a toast. I prefer less oily chilli jam and add just enough oil in this recipe. If you prefer a bit more oily jam, increase oil by 100 g or more.
